First Citizens Corporate Headquarters
	Client: First Citizens Bank Size: 170,000 sq ft 9 stories Location: Columbia, South Carolina
Description: The bank's executive offices, as well as its Columbia main office, will be located in the new facility. Several of the bank's lines of business and operations departments will also move to the new corporate headquarters. SMC provided design services for access control, CCTV and parking garage secruity design services.

EPA Campus
	Client: Environmental Protection Agency Size: 1.2 Million sq ft Location: Research Triangle Park, North Carolina
Description: The new EPA Campus, located in Research Triangle Park, will accommodate one of the largest multi-disciplinary groups of environmental scientists in the world. SMC has been involved in this project since its inception, providing design services for access control, CCTV and intrusion detection systems. Our services also include providing system administration support services and technical support.

One First Union Center
	Client: First Union National Bank Size: 42 Stories Location: Charlotte, North Carolina
Description: Located in the heart of Charlotte's central business district. One First Union Center is the headquarters facility for First Union Corporation, one of the ten-largest banking institutions in the United States. SMC's design services included CCTV, card access, fiber optic backbone and security reception desk.

Three First Union Center
	Client: First Union National Bank Size: 27 Stories Location: Charlotte, North Carolina
Description: Also located in Charlotte's central business district, Three First Union Center consists of a 32 story, multi-tenant office tower rising 450 feet above street level. SMC services included card access, CCTV and security console.

The Congress at Fourth Building
	Client: Cousins Properties Size: 33 Stories Location: Austin, Texas
Description: Located in downtown Austin, Texas, the Congress at Fourth building is the jewel of Austin. SMC design services included CCTV, card access, fiber optic backbone for the 33-story facility and the attached 1,500 space-parking garage.

Gateway Village
	Client: Cousins Properties Size: 8 Stories 550,337 Square ft Location: Charlotte, North Carolina
Description: Located along 900 West Trade Street in Charlotte, this facility consists of retail space and restaurants surrounded by the renowned Gateway Village Project. SMC design services included CCTV, card access, intercom, security console and parking garage security (2,725 parking spaces).
